Welcome to Axentra, a SaaS-based field team management and operations platform provided by Gama Yazılım (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Axentra Platform (“Platform”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Description of Service
Axentra provides a subscription-based software service for:

• Store visit management

• KPI & reporting

• Task management

• Training, exams, and certification (Axentra Academy)

• Mobile app features

• Workflow automation

• Analytics & dashboards

• Field team performance tracking

Services may be updated, enhanced, or changed at any time.

3. Account Registration
Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information

• Maintaining confidentiality of their credentials

• Any actions performed under their account

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse.

4. Subscription, Billing & Renewals
Axentra services operate on a subscription basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

• Fees are billed according to the selected plan

• Users must provide valid and up-to-date payment information

• Failure to pay may result in account suspension

Refunds follow our separate Refund Policy.

5. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business operations.
You agree not to:

• Copy, reverse engineer, or modify the platform

• Attempt to access non-public areas or source code

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

• Interfere with system integrity or security

• Share your account with unauthorized users
   

6. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal and operational data is processed in accordance with:

• KVKK (Türkiye)

• GDPR (EU)

• Our Privacy Policy

By using the Platform, you consent to this processing.
The Company takes reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber risks.

7. Intellectual Property
All software, visuals, branding, documentation, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Gama Yazılım.
You may not:

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Sell

• Publish

any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Service Availability & Updates
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Company may:

• Perform maintenance

• Release updates

• Change functionality

• Discontinue features (with notice where possible)
   

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• The Platform is provided “as is”

• Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their devices and systems

Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the last subscription term.

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access if:

• You violate these Terms

• Payments are not completed

• You misuse the Platform

Upon termination, access to all services may be revoked immediately.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with:

• Turkish Law

• Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices (jurisdiction)
